D-R Commercial Riveter (pat. pend.)

 

Our single feed D-E Commercial Riveter is an excellent choice to fasten work needing more than a brass eyelet for security.

Brass eyelets are being used to secure items that may require a stronger fastener. The D-R Commercial Riveter uses our standard 5/32" rivet that are brass plated steel for a more secure attachment. Riveting requires a 5/32” receiving hole. The brass coating also helps prevent rusting over time.

The R series rivets can also be used with our D-E Commercial Eyeleter with the proper set of dies installed. Our specialty is adapting your application for efficient production at the lowest cost possible. We welcome all requests for any type of application. This Riveter features adjustable limits and an automatic handle return with a three-1/4 inch throat depth. Our R series Rivets can be set with either a cap or without as pictured below.

Listed below are the most common stock rivets available:

Series R-1 rivets are for material thickness from 10 to 25 sheets of paper.
Series R-0 rivets are for material thickness from 20 to 35 sheets of paper.
Series R-11 rivets are for material thickness from 50 to 70 sheets of paper.

We mention paper thickness as a guide and are referring to standard weight (20 lb.) printer paper stock.
