Due to continuing high costs of processing credit card transactions, we need to either raise our prices for goods and services or no longer accept credit card transactions. Since we feel our customers deserve the most for their money, we are against raising our prices therefore; we will now use what is called a Phone Check Payment system.
It is just as reliable as sending us a check for your order except you do not have to send us a check and wait two to three days or more for us to receive your check and process your order. We process your order and check right over the phone or by E-Mail.
We take the information from your check and create a substitute check in our office and when you reconcile your bank statement, you substitute our check for your check.
We need the same information from your check that is already on it so when you call, please have the next check from your checkbook available so we may expedite your order.
Phone Checks are not ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions sometimes referred to as EFTs or Electronic Funds Transfers.
Examples of ACH payments may include:
Direct Deposit of payroll, Social Security and other government benefits,
tax refunds; Direct Payment of consumer bills such as mortgages, loans,
utility bills and insurance premiums; Business-to-business payments; E-checks;
E-commerce payments; Federal, state and local tax payments.
