Hermes 3000 Portable Typewriter with our fabricated knobs installed.

We now have replacement knobs for the Hermes 3000 portable typewriter. We will supply the knob in a color as close as possible to the original knob. Colors vary from white to medium green. Send us your old knob including the hub it attaches to if separated from being broken to us. Price is $54.00 for each knob plus $10.00 shipping and handling for one or two knobs.

Send broken knobs and hub or arbor only and we will permanently mount a replacement onto the old hub. The hub or arbor is the piece of metal that the original knob was molded to. Do not send us attachment screws, washers, lock washers, spacers or other items which if lost in transit are not replaceable.

These knobs cost $ 54.00 each plus $ 10.00 S&H.

We also fabricate platen knobs for most typewriters made from 1900 if exact factory replacements are not available. These knobs are available in translucent white and dark gray to closely mimic original knobs.
