Exclusive Lifetime Warranty
Coverage
Where allowed by law, this Exclusive Lifetime Warranty applies to covered equipment for the life of the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. In accordance with the conditions set forth below, anytime after original date of purchase, ROBERT E. DE BARTH will repair or replace any defective part(s) at no charge. There will be a standard charge for labor and the cost of transportation, if applicable.
Exclusions
This warranty applies to equipment used under normal personal or family use in accordance with any written instructions provided with the equipment.
This warranty does not cover malfunctions or defects caused by circumstances beyond ROBERT E. DE BARTH’s control such as flood, fire, lightning or other casualty, accident, improper shipping, neglect, abuse or abnormal use nor does it cover supplies, replaceable items, or cleaning of the equipment.
In the case of computer hardware or systems, software or peripherals, this warranty does not cover any modifications or alterations, improper installation, software problems, nor does it cover supplies, replaceable items, or cleaning of the equipment. This warranty also does not exceed or replace any Manufacturer’s Warranty or act in lieu of any Manufacturer’s Warranty.
This warranty does not cover third party parts, components, or peripheral devices. This warranty is void when service, repairs, or modifications are performed by someone other than by ROBERT E. DE BARTH or his agent(s).
No Other Warranties
There are no other express or implied
warranties except as stated herein. The repair or replacement of
any warranted defective part(s) is ROBERT E. DE BARTH’s
only obligation under this warranty.
ROBERT E. DE BARTH shall not be responsible for consequential or
incidental damages resulting from any failure, defect, or
malfunction of said equipment.
Claims
To obtain warranty service ship pre-paid or present equipment to ROBERT E. DE BARTH at 1337 North Broad Street, Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446-1142 U. S. A. with the original bill of sale showing purchase date.
Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Products that are warranted by the manufacturer must be handled under the Manufacturer's Warranty Program. Customer agrees to contact the Manufacturer to arrange for the Warranty Handling of Defective Products and accepts all responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of this process.
