Not all purchases made by Customer are subject to return. If ROBERT E. DE BARTH authorizes a return, a re-stocking fee may apply. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A re-stocking fee will apply to all non-defective merchandise. A credit to the Customer’s store account is ROBERT E. DE BARTH’s only obligation for all approved returns. Software, books, and special orders are not subject to returns. Any equipment returned without an RMA number in not subject to return and shall be refused.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
If you need to return your purchase, you first must obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) within 30 days of the date of invoice. You can request an RMA# by E-Mail at or by calling 215-855-6851. To obtain an RMA number you need to provide:
Name of purchaser Date of purchase Reason for return
A re-stocking fee may be deducted from any credit issued on authorized returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once your return has been authorized, we will email you the RMA# along with specific return instructions. Packages returned to us without an RMA# will be denied a refund and shipped back to you at your expense.
All returned products must be received in the manufacturer's original packaging and contain 100% of their original contents (i.e., manuals, disks, accessories, blank warranty/registration cards, etc.) If a previously authorized return does not meet our expectations, we reserve the right to revoke a previously issued RMA and refuse acceptance of the return and ship the product back to the Customer at the Customer's expense.
If a product cannot be deemed resalable and the
product is sent back to the Customer and the Customer refuses a
returned product shipment, or the Customer returns the product a
second time without ROBERT E. DE BARTH's prior authorization, the
Customer agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waive
all claims against ROBERT E. DE BARTH for credit charges related
to such products. ROBERT E. DE BARTH's only obligation in the
issuance of any credit to the Customer is to the Cusotmer's
store account only.
*Returned products that are not authorized or acceptable for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.
